Refund Policy

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ccteathebrand@gmail.com with your order number and product photos.

Returned products must be:

• Unused and in their original packaging.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Opened, used, or tampered items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Once your return is approved and the item received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
